The Paysafecash method can now be used by individuals and e-commerce businesses who can accept payments via Paysafecard. Now all ZEN customers in 25 countries can top up their virtual wallets with cash simply, quickly, and securely.
1. Specify the top-up amount
Tap the EUR bubble in the ZEN.COM app. Then choose Paysafecash as the top-up method and specify the amount you want to pay in.
2. Get your Paysafecash barcode
Log in to your Paysafecash account or create a new one (all you need is an e-mail address and a password). Your barcode should appear automatically in the account.
3. Scan the barcode and top up
Find the nearest payment point via the Paysafecash search option. Next, pay cash to the salesperson, who will scan the barcode. The money will be added to your account immediately.
